What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product and customization level. Most stock items with logo printing start at 100 pieces; fully custom products typically start at 500–1,000 pieces. Each product page lists its specific MOQ.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7–15 business days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity. Rush production in as little as 7 days is available for many items.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We offer two options: a blank existing sample (free or low cost) to check quality, or a pre-production sample with your exact artwork so you approve the final look before mass production.
What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best. If you only have a JPG or PNG, our design team will redraw it into print-ready vector art at no charge.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and major credit cards. Established partners may qualify for net terms.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide by express courier, air or sea freight. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP terms and handle all export documentation.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Absolutely. Provide Pantone (PMS) codes and we color-match inks, threads and materials. A pre-production sample lets you confirm the match physically.
Do you offer quality guarantees?
Every order passes AQL-standard final inspection. If any unit is defective or differs from the approved sample, we replace it or credit your next order — no disputes.
