1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://www.to-promo.com or placing an order with DONGGUAN SUNCHENG TRADING CO., LTD, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed upon our written acceptance and receipt of the agreed deposit. Product specifications are those stated in the approved sample or written specification sheet.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos and designs supplied to us. We will not reproduce your designs for any other client. Tooling developed for your order remains dedicated to it.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit, balance before shipment, by T/T, PayPal or credit card. Late payments may delay production and shipping schedules.

5. Production & Delivery

Production lead times begin after sample approval and deposit receipt. Delivery estimates are made in good faith; we are not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance or force majeure events. Title and risk pass per the Incoterm agreed on your invoice.

6. Quality & Claims

Inspect goods upon receipt. Claims for defects or shortages must be submitted in writing with photos within 15 days of delivery. Verified defects will be replaced, credited or refunded at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and failing that, by arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong.
