Step 2 — Cutting & Forming
Automated cutting ensures consistent panel sizes for bags and apparel; metal and plastic parts are formed with calibrated tooling.
Step 3 — Imprinting & Decoration
Your logo is applied by the chosen method — screen print, embroidery, engraving or transfer — with first-article checks before the full run proceeds.
Step 4 — Assembly & Sewing
Skilled operators assemble each unit, with reinforced stress points and in-line supervisors checking workmanship hourly.
Step 5 — Final Inspection
Finished goods undergo AQL-standard final random inspection covering appearance, function, measurements and branding accuracy.
Step 6 — Packing & Export
Products are packed per your requirements — individual poly bags, inner boxes, master cartons — then loaded and shipped with complete export documentation.
Transparency You Can Verify
We provide production photo and video updates at every milestone, and third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV or your inspector of choice) are welcome before shipment.
