A Four-Stage QC System

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Raw materials and components are sampled and tested against your spec sheet — fabric weight, color, zipper pull strength — before anything enters production.

2. In-Process Checks (IPQC)

Line supervisors inspect output hourly during production, catching issues while they are still cheap to fix. First-article approval is required before mass runs continue.

3. Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Finished, packed goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 / 4.0 standards covering workmanship, branding accuracy, dimensions, function and carton integrity.

4. Third-Party Verification

Prefer independent eyes? We welcome SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or your own appointed inspector at any stage, fully coordinated by our team.

Tested, Not Assumed

Our on-site lab runs color fastness, load-bearing, abrasion, drop and food-contact safety tests. Compliance documentation — REACH, Prop 65, LFGB, FDA food-grade — is arranged for orders shipping to regulated markets.
