Take a walk through our bag production line and see exactly how a tote bag order moves from raw fabric to finished, packed boxes ready to ship.
1. Fabric Cutting
Production starts at the cutting table, where rolls of fabric — canvas, cotton, non-woven or rPET — are laid flat and cut to pattern.
- Patterns are stacked in layers for batch cutting
- Every panel is cut to the exact spec for consistent dimensions
- Excess fabric is tracked for reuse and waste control
2. Printing or Pre-Branding
Depending on your order, branding happens before or after assembly. Screen printing or heat transfer is applied to the fabric panels, then the ink is cured to set.
- Color is Pantone-matched before the run
- A test print is checked against your approved artwork
- Layered printing stays within the registered print area
3. Sewing and Assembly
Panels are stitched together on the factory line: side seams, bottom gusset, handles and any internal pockets.
- Seams are reinforced at stress points (handles, gusset corners)
- Stitch tension and spacing are checked against the sample
- Handles are bar-tacked for extra durability
4. Quality Inspection
Every batch passes through inspection before packing.
- Dimensions, print registration and finish are checked per piece
- AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) random sampling grades defects
- Any defective pieces are pulled and replaced
5. Folding and Packing
Finished bags are folded, packed and readied for shipment.
- Polybag, individual box or bulk carton per your packaging spec
- Cartons are weighed and labeled for the shipper
- Pallets are built for safe, efficient freight
